LDCA is an independent company specializing in customized FreeForm lens designs. The advancement in digital FreeForm machinery and LDCA FreeForm lens design technology gives you complete freedom not previously available in the Optical Industry. You now have the ability to manufacture your own lenses and to create and update your own lens designs. LDCA is composed of a team of professionals who have the skill and experience to take you through every aspect of the FreeForm process:
Our goal is to supply unique FreeForm lens designs and processing support. LDCA is a Joint Venture between Indizen Optical Technologies S.L. (I.O.T.) and C.C. Systems to distribute I.O.T. software and technology in the North and South Americas, and the U.K. Outside of these territories, I.O.T. should be contacted directly. The software and technology was developed by I.O.T. and remains its property. I.O.T. is headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Their staff has Doctorate degrees in Physics, extensive experience in lens design, optical metrology and the development of algorithms for solving complex non-linear problems. They have over 10 years research in ophthalmic lens design and have developed world class technology for FreeForm lens calculations that LDCA supplies. CC Systems is based in Largo, Florida, USA. It has over 300 years of in-house lab management experience, supporting over 860 wholesale and retail labs in over 70 countries. They support more labs worldwide than any other lab management software provider. LDCA does not sell semi finished blanks or have its own lens grinding facility. |
